I am Shiqiu /sh • chel/ Sun, a product designer thriving on curiosity, humility, ambition, and joy. My name means “poem” and “autumn🍂 ” in Chinese. Despite "sun," I live in rainy Seattle, WA.

With a strong focus on craft, storytelling and deep thinking, I am intrigued by distilling complexity and ambiguity into structured, elegant solutions. I’ve sharpened my skills through designing payment tools for GoDaddy, seller dashboards for eBay, a medical search app for WeChat, and a community app for AAU X Apple. Currently, I’ m on the hunt for new design opportunities.

Before design, I taught French in Australia, China, and Thailand, making me extremely open-minded, empathetic, and efficient at solving problems. In my free time, I am a bookworm who recharges🔋 through movies, traveling, painting, building LEGO, and engaging in meaningful conversations.
